Repositioning for growth.

I was commissioned to rebrand a Cardiff-based hair salon. With a clear vision for the new name, Creative Director Warren Richards wanted the refreshed identity to reflect the high level of expertise within the team and position the salon for future growth.

Following in-depth discussions, I conducted local market research, analysed competitors, and defined a set of brand personality attributes to guide the creative direction. The result was a bold, confident wordmark and a suite of visual assets designed for consistency across brand touchpoints, from signage and print to digital platforms, ensuring the salon stood out in a competitive local market.
